From its origin, humans had the need to dress, and as a result of this, the first cloths are born.
Since then, the processes have been modernised and adapted to the new times, also the chemicals, whether polymers for fibres or products for dyeing and finishing. Those are emerging as a result of research and development of new materials.
This R&D enabled the development of new fabrics that have facilitated or made possible tasks that previously could not be carried out.
